Each year every State Council recognizes the best program or activity conducted by local Councils in the areas of Church, Community, Council, Culture of Life, Family, and Youth activities within the 12-month period between the state conventions. The State Councils submit winners to the Supreme Council for judging. The Supreme Council identifies the winning entries which are awarded the International Service Program Award.
